RULES
•No Powerplaying (controlling another player's character) or godmoding (making your character invincible). I'm sure you'll all agree with me that those are two very annoying things.
•No flaming at each other in OOC. It's just a game, it's supposed to be fun.
•As this is a "real life" rpg, alcohol, sex and drugs are allowed, just please remember to put [R] or [MATURE] in the topic title if you plan on posting such scenes.
•To your relief, yes, swearing is allowed. But if the only words in your vocabulary are #$!@, &(/# and %@!!#(, then I will start dishing out warnings.
•When you post please post in third-person, past-tense.
•Only join if you know you are going to be active for the majority of the time, that is posting at least three/four times a week.
•In relation to the above rule, I am aware that when the site is new activity is pretty low because there's only two or three people around, so I do not expect you to come on and post everyday. BUT, we CAN get more members, by...... advertising! *applause* So please help me out and advertise this site on as many rpg's as you can (where we haven't been advertised yet).
•No mary-sues, or gary-stus, or whatever else you wish to call it. Nobody is perfect, sorry to break it to you.
•All images on Everlost, whether belonging to the members or the site, are strictly copyrighted, and stealing of the images is a serious offense.
•There is not a required amount of words per post, as we do not like forcing people to write a novel. We tend to look at quality not quantity.
-If, however, you're only going to write two/three sentences a post, then don't even bother posting. Though if you are really struggling with posts, all you have to do is ask, and we'll be more than happy to help you out.
•Please do not make up weather. The current season along with other weatherly details can be found on the homepage, and that is what season you post in. If you are in a thread with somebody and in the meantime the season changes, you can carry on roleplaying in the season you started off in until the thread is finished.
•Golden Rule* Have fun! ;D
•If you have any other questions regarding things in general please don't hesitate to drop me or Oliver a PM.
