Name:
What was your characters name before he/she died?

Name he/she goes by now:
Unless your character is a recent death, he/she will not remember his/her name, so they will go by a nickname, it could be a name they like from a book they also like, a celebrity name, etc.

Gender:
I don't think I need to explain this, do I?

Age:
How old was your character when he/she died?

D.O.B/Death:
Simple...What year where they born, and what year did they pass away?

Appearance:
What does he/she look like, what clothes do they wear, how tall are they, stuff like that. Just explain a bit about what your character looks like.

Personality:
What do they act like? Do they have any fears that crossed with them? How about their temper, do they have one? Just discribe your character's personality.

History:
Just tell me about your character's history here.

Family:
Just tell me a bit about your character's family, you don't need to roleplay about them though, just discribe your character's family to us.

Celebrity:
Simple, just tell me what celebrity you wish to use for your character.

*Picture:
This is optional, but if you have a picture of the celebrity you want for your character, place it here.

*Other: Anything else we should know about your character?
