The average tempurature should be 55° F but the temps have been climbing to the mid sixties. Take an umbrella with you; just in case, for lately the rain has been horrible, it's also jacket weather as, even though the temperatures have been in the mid sixties, the wind makes it feel alot cooler. |
A beautiful white light at the end of a dark, foreboding tunnel is all your eyes can see as your feet nervously carry you forward. You've died, how . . .? Only you know, and now you're on that promising journey up to Heaven. But things go wrong when you feel someone bump into you from behind, or maybe you trip, or perhaps you're curious as to what the curious and unnerving blackness in the tunnel feels like. Within the blink of an eye you're falling out of the tunnel into the dark, never-ending abyss below, falling quickly, when suddenly all goes black.
You wake up, how many days or even months later, by then you have no idea. You look around drearily, and find yourself in the exact same location as when you died, except, it looks strangely . . . different. That building next to the pub wasn't there yesterday. People are bundled up in winter clothing when it should be the dead of summer, and snow is falling to the ground. The world around you looks duller, almost as if the colors are fading. Where are you? What on earth is happening? You're a Ghost now, and you're in Everlost, a sort of . . . 'second' world inside, but unseen by that of the living. You come to realize you are now nothing but a lost soul. Will you find your way to the light? Or would you rather stay in this world forever?
